What we do

At Monadnock Energy, we love clean energy and making it cheaper and more accessible for everyone.  We develop, finance, own and operate solar projects ranging from 500kW to 5MW, working with trusted partners for procurement, construction and ongoing maintenance. 

Building out renewable energy has the promise of protecting our health, our planet and our wallets – with solar energy today generating electricity at the lowest levelized cost of energy of any source. Our goal is to develop 100 MW of solar capacity in the next ten years.

The best sites for solar

There's a simple checklist to see if your land might be a good fit for solar:

- Is it close to 3-phase power lines? (Ideally less than 1000 feet)
- Not too steep or rocky
- Doesn’t have wetlands or marshy areas
- Has at least four acres of buildable area
